1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trendter ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), including all features, content, and services available at trendter.com. By accessing or using Trendter, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your Account

2.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Account Security

You must notify us immediately at hello@trendter.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension is prohibited and will result in permanent removal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trendter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Spread misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately false information.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Share content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access the platform without permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Share explicit sexual content, particularly involving minors.
• Promote violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you post on Trendter. By posting content, you grant Trendter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the platform's normal operation.

4.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards, at our sole discretion.

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Trendter does not endorse any user-generated content and is not liable for any content posted by users.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trendter platform, logo, design, and all proprietary content are the intellectual property of Trendter and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Trendter is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Trendter after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
