These guidelines exist to keep Trendter a place worth being. Read them, respect them, and help us build something great.
The short version: Be real, be respectful, and add value. Trendter is a place for ideas — keep it that way.
Trendter thrives on open, honest, and meaningful conversation. We believe in free expression — but not at the expense of others' safety, dignity, or wellbeing. These guidelines set the standard for what we expect from every member of this community.
Do not target individuals with repeated unwanted contact, threats, personal attacks, or content designed to intimidate or humiliate. This includes coordinated attacks, pile-ons, and doxxing (sharing private information without consent).
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
Do not knowingly share false information that could deceive, mislead, or harm others. This includes fabricated news, health misinformation, and election-related falsehoods. Impersonating another person, organisation, or public figure is also prohibited.
Do not post repetitive content, unsolicited promotions, or use automated tools to generate fake engagement. Vote manipulation, follower farming, and coordinated inauthentic behaviour undermine the platform for everyone.
Content that provides instructions for, or encourages, violence, self-harm, dangerous activities, or illegal acts is not permitted. This includes promoting substance abuse or activities that could put you or others at risk.
Explicit sexual content is not permitted on Trendter. Sexual content involving minors is an absolute zero-tolerance violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Do not share another person's private information (real name, address, phone number, financial details, etc.) without their consent. Do not share private screenshots or messages without the other party's permission.
Do not use Trendter to engage in, plan, promote, or facilitate illegal activities of any kind, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, drug sales, or intellectual property theft.

Decisions are made by the Trendter moderation team. Accounts found to have created multiple accounts to evade enforcement will have all accounts permanently banned.
Every post on Trendter has a "Report" button. Use it if you see content that violates these guidelines. Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 24–48 hours on business days.
